We all know that the game industry is an important part of our local economy. One of the ‘problems’ with it is that not everything that is shot is used. Pete & Hils do everything that they can to help remedy this. Chef Ally and his team turn the pheasant & grouse that are shot locally into tasty, healthy and wholesome meals, as many of you will know from eating lunch, or attending Gourmet Game Nights, at the Blacksmith’s Arms.
