Chef, Alli Moran, and the front of house team are passionate about real ale and real food. The chefs and kitchen team love food and pride themselves on producing quality, home-made dishes using the finest ingredients, supporting local farmers and producers. Our signature steak and ale and lamb and mint pies come highly recommended, using local lamb and beef combined with our home-made shortcrust pastry in 'proper Yorkshire portions'!

The pub also offers an extensive lunch and evening menu with a 'Specials Board' which changes daily, and, to round it off, choose a tempting home-made dessert.
